Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Front End Developer or UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the look and feel of our digital products. You will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, a solid understanding of design systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions that solve real user problems

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications

Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation

Ensure a seamless handoff of assets and specifications to developers using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects

Skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure RP

Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design practices

Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory but helpful for developer collaboration)

Experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and user feedback analysis

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

UI Design: Typography, color theory, layout, design systems

UX Design: User flows, journey maps, wireframing, prototyping

Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Miro

Soft Skills: Collaboration, communication, attention to detail, critical thinking
